Membership
A. Membership dues are $20 per year per person.
B. Dues must be paid prior to fishing the first tournament.
C. All new applicants must pay membership dues at the first meeting attended.
D. Past members of a team and all new applicants (team members) must attend a
meeting prior to fishing a tournament.
E. There is not a joining fee for applicants 15 years old or younger (Junior membership).
F. Only paid members can vote. (Revised 11/11)

Meetings
A. Meetings are on the Monday prior to the tournament. Check website www.ccbass.org.

Rules & Regulations
A. Teams are set at the first tournament fished. Teams must fish together as a team.
If a team member fishes with another member, this is considered a NEW TEAM.
Only team can collect pounds (points).
B. All people fishing in a club event will conduct themselves in an orderly and safe manner.
C. Abide by the laws of the area where the tournament takes place.
D. All fish must be officially measured and weighed.
Only legal size fish can be weighed for that area being fished.
All fish MUST MEASURE 12 inches or greater.
Largemouth bass, Spotted bass and smallmouth bass will be weighed.
E. Penalties for a short fish or slot limit fish will be loss of the short fish/slot fish plus a
two (2) pounds deducted from the remaining weight.
F. Live well checks will be done at the morning check-in.
G. All teams must be at the ramp before the end of the check-in time.
H. It is the responsibility of late arrivals to locate and check-in with the tournament director and pay
the entry fee at that time. A live well check will also be done at that time.
I. All tournament participants (teams) must be at the weigh-in site (inside the no wake zone) at the
scheduled tournament ending time. Late arrivals will occur a one (1) pound penalty per minute
and totally disqualified after 15 minutes late.
J. In the event of a tie, the largest fish weighed by the tied teams will decide the winner. If still tied,
monies for the positions will be added together and split between the ties teams.
Example: 1st & 2nd split 2nd & 3rd split 3rd split (Revised 11/11)
K. B.A.S.S. rules apply with these provisions:
1. Life vest and kill switches (if equipped) must be in use while the boat is on plane.
2. No fishing poles over 8' feet in length are allowed.
3. No live bait can be used and can not be in the boat during the tournament.
4. Landing nets are permitted.
5. Trailering is not premitted.
L. Rules will be strictly enforced and the Tournament Directors decisions are final.
M. Pounds will be accrued by the following method:
1. One (1) pound will be given to each team attending the monthly meeting.
2. One (1) pound will be given for registration (payment) for a tournament.
3. Total pounds weighted at the tournaments.
N. Club Point Champion Team (Angling Team of the Year) will be determined by the total pounds
accrued (total year).
O. Club Points Champion Team will receive $200 (to be given out at the end of the September
tournament).
Tie breaker if needed will be decided by the largest fish weighted during the year among the tied teams.
P. Modification of any club rules can only be done at the November meeting by a simple majority vote
of the members present or by the club officials.
Q. Team Lunker award of $50 will be given to the team with the biggest fish weighted in that years
regular club tournaments . Paid after the September tournament. (Revised 11/11)

B. Tournament entry fees are $60 per team which includes $10 for the big fish money pot.
Tournament fees must be paid before the start of a tournament.
Tournament pay back:
1st Place 60% of tournament fee
2nd Place 20% of tournament fees
3rd Place 10% of tournament fees.
The remaining 10% of the fees, will be held out for club expenses and
year in Classic tournament.
C. Blast-off order will be as following:
The first tournament of each year will be by the number-draw method.
After the first tournament, the below method will apply.
First (1st) blast-off position will be the previous tournament winner.
Second blasst-off position will be the second place team from the previous tournament.
This will continue till all previous places are filled (teams must weigh fish to place).
Teams not having a blast-off number will be determined by section "D" below.
D. Teams may pay at the meeting for the next tournament. Blast-off positions will be drawn at the
meeting for those teams who attend the meeting and did not place in the previous tournament.
All other teams will receive a blast-off number on a first come first serve basis at the tournament site.

A. To qualify for the Classic tournament, a team must register (pay) for four (4) regular tournament in

Payment must be made prior to the start of each tournament.
Classic buy-ins are not allowed. (Revised 11/11)
The Classic tournament does not count as a regular tournament.
B. The Classic tournament site will be determined by using the top three (3) tournaments
scheduled in that tournament year.
The total number of fish weighed at the tournament will determine the top three (3) sites.
Classic tournaments will not be held at the same site (location)as the previous year's Classic.
C. The Class blast-off and ending times will be determined at the meeting prior to the Classic
tournament.
D. The Classic blast-off order will be determined by the club point system.
E. The Classic entry fee is $60 which will include a $10 big fish money pot.
F. The Classic payback includes Classic entry fee PLUS the remainder of all club monies collected.

Termination of Membership
A. Membership can be cancelled for misconduct of any kind and determined by club officials.
B. Use of alcohol or any illegal drug (sustains) used during a tournament.
C. A terminated member will forfeit any monies paid prior to dismissal.
